Please join the Department of Drama in welcoming Ed Stern on Friday, September 4, 12:00-12:50 in the Ruth Caplin Theatre for a Q&A about the business of theatre. Mr. Stern, a 1968 graduate of UVa, co-founded the Indiana Repertory Theatre and served as Artistic Director of the Cincinnati Playhouse for twenty years.

A graduate of the University of Virginia and Indiana University, he co-founded the Indiana Repertory Theatre in 1972. At the IRT, he directed more than two dozen plays during his eight years as artistic director. He was on the directing faculty at Rutgers University, as well as the acting faculty for the William Esper Acting Studio in NY.
