A playground altercation resulting in lasting injury brings together two sets of parents for a meeting to resolve the matter. At first, diplomatic niceties are observed, but, as personalities clash and loyalties emerge, the gloves soon come off, leaving both couples with more than their liberal principles in tatters. A comedy of bad manners where civilized intent and savage impulse collide.
